As our domain names are competitively prices, unfortunately we are not able to offer bulk discounts.   

Our domain prices are transparent and the current renewal prices are always listed on our website. Periodically domain name central registries do increase prices. These are beyond our control but are passed on at cost to customers. Our listed prices always include domain registry fees.

If you want to move your domain name, no problem! We don’t have any hidden fees unlike some providers we don’t charge you to release or transfer a domain name. You can initiate the transfer via your control panel or drop us a message in the support section of the client panel and we will be happy to help.

Unfortunately as each domain name is a unique custom name, once purchased we are not able to refund or ‘de-register’ the domain name at the central domain name registry.  Therefore, please check the spelling of your domain name carefully before checkout and purchase.
